“I’ve been using this quarantine time to really connect with MYSELF and figure out where I’m going on this journey. For a while now I’ve been slowly figuring myself out and relearning who I am and I have been been researching and finding people and different ways to connect. I had a meditation therapy and healing session a few days ago via zoom with Ashley Curtis at The Journey Healing Oasis and not only did I feel more connected to myself I felt comfortable with myself and got a chance to confront some of the feelings that had me blocked and angry and all types of emotions. She gave me a reading prior to this meditation and really gave me an innerstanding of where I’m at spiritually within myself and what we were gonna work on. I’ve been working on my meditation and trying to be open to all new things coming my way and trusting my intuition but I def needed that guidance. “Today, I got the chance to experience the healing session with the great Ashley. I have been dealing with some very intense issues.
