Booking Policy — Private Sessions

Thank you for choosing to be held in this work. These terms keep our time together clear and cared for, so you can arrive knowing exactly what to expect.

Sessions this policy covers

This policy applies to the following private sessions:

Private Soul Care Session — $350 · 90 minutes
Spiritual Guidance & Readings — $150 · 50 minutes
Couples Healing & Reconnection — $450 · 120 minutes
Parenting & Family Consultation — $150 · 75 minutes
Private Prenatal Yoga — $90 · 50 minutes
Private Postnatal Yoga — $90 · 50 minutes

The terms

Payment at booking. Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your session.
Nonrefundable payments. All payments are nonrefundable, except where required by law.
Six hours' notice to move a session. If you need to move your session, reschedule or transfer requests require at least 6 hours' notice before your appointment time. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
How your transfer credit may be used. Your transfer credit may be applied to another appointment date, gifted to another person, or applied toward another eligible service.
One complimentary transfer. One complimentary transfer is included with each booking; any further transfers require approval.
Credit expiration. Transfer credit expires 90 days after your original appointment date.
Processing fees. Where legally permitted, transfer credit is reduced only by actual, nonrecoverable processing fees.
Late requests and missed appointments. Requests made within 6 hours of your appointment time, and missed appointments without notice, result in forfeiture of payment. If you arrive late, your session will still end at its scheduled time — late arrivals do not extend the scheduled session time.
Emergencies. Emergency exceptions may be granted at Ashley's discretion.

Exception — Couples Sessions

Couples Healing & Reconnection: screening & suitability

Couples Healing & Reconnection follows the same full-payment-at-booking model as every other private session: book the 120-minute session and pay $450 in full through Acuity to reserve your time. After booking, each partner receives a separate, private screening form, and both partners complete their forms within 48 hours of booking. Please book at least 5 days in advance, so there is enough time for both reflections and review before your session. Ashley reviews both submissions and follows up privately with either partner if necessary.

Each partner's responses are reviewed privately and are not routinely shared with the other partner, subject to applicable legal and safety obligations.

Suitability exception. If I determine during screening that a joint session is unsuitable, I will cancel the appointment and issue a full refund, including any processing fees.

Payment is never automatically forfeited for an incomplete form. If forms are not complete within 48 hours, Ashley will reach out personally, and the session will be rescheduled — not forfeited — to allow time for completion.

What this policy does not cover

Separate agreements

This policy does not apply to birth and postpartum support, retreats, and customized ceremonies, which are held under separate agreements.

Complimentary Discovery Call

Complimentary Discovery Calls are free 15-minute phone consultations. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide as much advance notice as possible so your appointment time can be made available to someone else.

How to request a change

Life happens, and we understand. To reschedule or transfer your session, simply reply to your confirmation email or write to heal@thejourneyhealingoasis.com — at least 6 hours before your appointment time — and we'll take care of you.
