According to ancient practices, plants have sacred healing and cleansing essence. Our smudge bundle removes negative vibrations of any kind, replacing them with a positive higher energy frequency. Each piece is made to order with its own unique combination and vibration and the intention of bringing love, peace & healing into it’s intended space. All sacred herbs and flowers on each bundle can be burned. Each crystal attached to each bundle applies the sacred energy with its additional metaphysical attributes.

Directions: To use your smudge, begin by ensuring your space is well ventilated for effective cleansing. Set an intention and then place the smudge bundle on an abalone shell, glass, or ceramic surface and light one end of the herbs. As the flame appears, put the herb out so it will smolder and smoke. You may cleanse yourself first by encircling the smoke around you, and then walking around your space.
